Most businesses have a marketing problem and an entity problem. I fix both.
A search engine ranks the record of a business, assembled from every place that business appears. The website, the Google Business Profile, the reviews, the ads, the directory listings, the social profiles. That assembled record is the web entity.
Most service businesses have never checked theirs. The website says one thing, the Google listing says another, the Facebook page carries a phone number from two moves ago, and an AI answering a customer's question has to guess which version is true. Guessing is what produces the wrong answer, or no answer at all. Most marketing companies never fix this either, because the entity sits across every channel they sell as a separate service. That gap decides who gets recommended as AI assistants and agents become the way customers find, compare and choose a business.
Nick Lookabaugh works on the entity first. The website matters because it is the largest and most controllable part of that record. Rankings follow a machine being able to state plainly what a business is, where it works, and who it serves.
That is the whole thesis. A service business's web entity should connect its website, search visibility, Google Business Profile, advertising, reviews, CRM and follow-up as one customer acquisition system.
They don’t have the entity optimized right, telling the internet the same story across all areas that they control. And if they’re running paid ads, most agencies often don’t even create quality creative that’s going to make a strong impact to force people to come to your brand.Nick Lookabaugh
One person builds it, and the same person answers the phone.
Nick Lookabaugh personally builds the websites, manages the SEO, runs the advertising campaigns and develops the automation systems used by 945 Studios clients. Nick Lookabaugh was born and raised in the United States and works from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Most agencies separate strategy, fulfillment and communication. A strategist sells the plan, a fulfillment team executes some version of it, and an account manager relays the difference back to the client. Every handoff loses something, and the client is the one who finds out.
Nick Lookabaugh runs every stage of the project himself. Nick Lookabaugh develops the strategy, builds the website, manages the campaigns, creates the automations, reviews the results, and speaks to the client directly.
I’m solo because now with the power of AI, as one person an insane amount of work can be achieved. And I have a more personal relationship with the individual business owners that I work with.Nick Lookabaugh

Three systems, built to be run, not sold.
Nick Lookabaugh created the core systems that 945 Studios delivers. Each one exists because a specific kind of business needed a specific speed.
Operation Lightspeed
Operation Lightspeed is built for rapid website launches. It exists for businesses that need to be live and findable now, and cannot wait a quarter to start collecting calls.
Operation Hyperdrive
Operation Hyperdrive covers websites, CRM, automation, lead management and customer reactivation. It is the full acquisition system for a business that already has customers and is losing them to silence.
Authority Foundation
Authority Foundation is built for larger custom websites. It builds topical authority deliberately, page by page, rather than hoping a homepage carries everything.
Service businesses that answer the phone and show up.
Nick Lookabaugh works with home-service businesses, construction companies, concrete contractors, landscapers, lawn care companies, local retailers, caterers and other service-based businesses.
Nick Lookabaugh works with service businesses anywhere in the United States, from the Kiski Valley and greater Pittsburgh to clients on the other side of the country. A concrete contractor down the road and a service business three states away both need a machine to understand what they do and where they do it.
The goal for every one of them is the same. Become easier to discover, more credible once found, and better equipped to turn attention into calls, quote requests, reviews, qualified leads and booked jobs.
The individuals that gain the most working with me are those who sell very high ticket things and have the capital to allocate towards advertising. I’d like to work with these types of people because they play the game of business to win.Nick Lookabaugh
Nick Lookabaugh builds software, not just websites.
Most marketers use tools. Nick Lookabaugh builds them. The software below was built to run 945 Studios' own delivery, which is a harder test than shipping a demo.
- Post Maker. Post Maker builds a written post into a finished social graphic, previews it in seven platforms' own feed chrome, and exports it as a PNG, an MP4 or a GIF. For a client, that means the reviews and updates a business already produces become finished social posts, without a designer and without a separate content retainer.
- Photo Optimizer. Photo Optimizer takes a folder of job photos, converts them to web-ready WebP, names each file to the client's SEO pattern, keeps the GPS location, and exports the set as a ZIP. For a client, that means every job photo carries the keywords and the location it was taken in, which is what makes photos work on a Google Business Profile instead of just filling space.
- Demo Maker. Demo Maker records any client website as a scrolling demo video inside a browser or phone frame, and exports the MP4 at the sizes reels, feeds and landscape posts need. For a client, that means a new website ships with the video needed to advertise it, on the same day it goes live.

A 14.41% lift from one category change
A local business had been listed on Google under the wrong primary category since the day its profile was created. Nick Lookabaugh spotted the mismatch and suggested a single change to the category that actually described what they sell, a ten minute fix, and the business's average Maps Pack visibility across their main customer keywords rose 14.41%. He was not their client and never became one. The full writeup is on the 945 Studios blog.
151 of 177 Map Points in the Top Three
A local business in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, measured on a 177 point grid across a ten mile radius. In June 2025, 106 of those points ranked the business in the top three for its main service keyword. In August 2026, 151 did. The points where it ranked eighth or worse fell from 35 to 9. Fourteen months of full-scope work rather than one lever: Nick Lookabaugh rebuilt the Google Business Profile, updated the website and published blog posts throughout.
Why that comparison mattersThe business with 475 reviews and a 4.9 rating sits at position 11.1 on the same grid, and the one with a perfect 5.0 sits at 8.7. Reviews alone did not decide this. Four more tracked keywords on the same profile now average between 2.0 and 2.3.
42 Leads for $629.47 in Ad Spend
Nick Lookabaugh built and ran a Meta advertising campaign across four ad sets. Two of them carried lead forms and produced every lead; the other two spent $25.93 between them and produced none. The campaign has finished running.
On the numbersMeta reports 42 in its Leads column and 36 under Results, Lead (Form). The $14.99 above divides the spend by the 42. Its own cost per result, calculated against the 36, was $14.60 on one ad set and $21.52 on the other. Reach is counted per ad set, so 25,008 is a sum of two figures and double counts anyone who saw both.
A 40% Increase in Leads
A complete Google Business Profile optimization and the 945 Studios SEO package produced a 40% increase in leads within three months. Nick Lookabaugh did the work and still runs it.
$133 in Ad Spend, 30,000+ Local Reach
Nick Lookabaugh built and ran a hyper local Meta advertising campaign for a local business, running awareness and lead generation side by side across three ad sets from December 2025. Two ad sets bought reach in the client's own area. The third carried a lead form.
Client reportedThe client told Nick Lookabaugh the campaign contributed thousands of dollars in revenue. That is the client's own account of the result, not a measured number from the ad account, and no dollar amount is claimed for it here.
One month of building on frontier AI models, pointed at client work.
Nick Lookabaugh builds most of the AI tooling 945 Studios runs on. In roughly one month of serious building, that has produced four desktop applications now used in day-to-day delivery, and a set of custom skills that run inside Claude, each written for a specific part of the work.
The skills are the part a client feels. They carry the entity work: making a business machine-readable, so that a search engine or an AI assistant can state plainly what it is, where it works and who it serves. That is the argument this page opens with, built into repeatable tooling rather than done by hand on every account.
The applications came out of the same habit. Post Maker, Photo Optimizer, Demo Maker and Time on Task were all built because a specific job needed doing and no tool did it properly. Each one was built to run 945 Studios' own delivery first, which is a harder test than shipping a demo.
They’re built for the very specific use cases that my clients experience, and so we optimize for that instead of using software that optimizes for everyone.Nick Lookabaugh
The point of building it rather than buying it is time. On some of this work the tooling has cut as much as 95% off how long fulfilment takes, which is the difference between a task that fills an afternoon and one that finishes while the client is still on the phone.
New models get adopted here early, usually before the agencies competing for the same clients have finished testing them. That is a choice about how the work gets done, and the software above is what it produces.
It’s probably the greatest technological invention that I’ve seen since I’ve been alive, and we feel obligated as a business serving customers to use them.Nick Lookabaugh, on frontier AI models
The lab, where Nick Lookabaugh pushes the frontier models as far as they go.
Six live demos, each one a single self-contained page that runs in the browser with nothing behind it. No frameworks, no server, no build step. Every one was built working with the frontier AI models, and they are here because this is the most interesting thing being made with them right now, and it is worth seeing rather than reading about.

Eight reviews at 945 Studios, and every one of them is five stars.
Six of the eight are below. Every one is for work Nick Lookabaugh did personally. Real names, real businesses, mostly around the Kiski Valley and greater Pittsburgh.
“Sometimes it pays to answer the cold call”
“When you first contacted me, a website honestly wasn’t even on my radar. I had so many other things I thought I needed to put money into. I’m definitely glad you talked me into it though. Having a website makes my business look so much more professional and complete instead of just having a Facebook page. Sometimes it pays to answer the cold call!”

“The entire process was fast, and communication was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to catch and fix things I never would have thought to look for myself.”
“945 Studios absolutely killed our website for Greece Contracting. Extremely detailed in his craft. His communication and skill are top notch — he will definitely be our go-to moving forward.”
“Nick built an amazing website and handled all the local SEO. He helped me create a solid offer and set up lead automations so I get text alerts the moment a new lead comes in. Real results.”
“Nick’s creativeness, skillset and professionalism are top-notch. He listened to my thoughts and needs, and built a high-functioning, easy-to-use online store and accompanying website.”
“The service, communication and attention to detail are amazing. He was quick, offered creative ideas, and clearly explained the things I didn’t understand.”
“Extremely responsive and helps with all confusion. I’m not tech savvy at all, so I appreciate how detailed he is.”

No college. Straight into the workforce.
Nick Lookabaugh graduated high school and went to work. Design was the constant the whole way through: graphic design as a kid, HTML in middle school, long before any of it was a job. That is over ten years of design experience. 945 Studios itself is about three years old.
- Two yearsLandscaping. The first job out of high school. Early starts and outdoor work, and where he learned to do the job properly whether or not anyone was watching.
- One yearPleasant Valley Golf Club. Every job on the course. Cutting greens, aprons, fairways and rough, edging every sand trap, aerifying fairways.
- After thatProfessional gamer. Not streaming and not leagues. People paid him to play on their accounts and collect the items they wanted but did not have the time, the skill or the group to go and get.
- Now945 Studios. Back to what he started with in middle school, at a scale that now helps businesses grow. Full websites, the SEO behind them, and the ads that feed them.
Looking back it was the first thing I ever sold: a result someone wanted and couldn’t produce on their own.Nick Lookabaugh, on getting paid to play
